Do you consider yourself and introvert or extrovert?
Growing up, Melyssa considered herself an introvert. However, she explains that since she started her business, she delved a little deeper into the extroverted world but identifies more has an ambivert.
“…I love being around people. I can go to a conference, hang out with people all day for like a week and be happy, but really need time for myself after that,” Melyssa says.
Confidence can go a long way. Being an introvert or extrovert doesn’t doesn’t determine your success. It all really depends on where you draw your energy from. Sometimes being able to turn it on and off can be quite helpful.

“…A big part of being able to grow my business pretty quickly is just caring about people in the most pure sense of the word and trying to make everyone in my community like they matter and they’re not just a subscriber or a customer.”
Melyssa is very transparent about her business. She does this so she can show you ways you can grow your business online, as well as what she’s doing herself. Her hope is that by showing you her income and expense reports that it will inspire or inform you to create your own online business. As of December 2016, Melyssa brings in about $283,680 PER MONTH!
She also just raised $119,227 for charity in 2 WEEKS with her organization Pencils of Promise which helps create quality education by creating schools, programs, and global communities.
